Mille Bøjer

Bio: Mille Bojer is an established thought leader and facilitator in the space of social transformation and collaborative systems change, who served as the lead facilitator of the Cyprus Futures process. She is Director of Reos Partners, an international social impact company specialised in multi-stakeholder collaboration in situations of uncertainty, complexity and conflict. She has worked on large-scale multi-stakeholder projects addressing challenges including HIV/AIDS, Children, Education, Democracy, Civil Society, Peace, Oceans Management, Health, and Sustainable Development. She has worked at community, national, regional and global levels. She is co-author of Mapping Dialogue: Essential Tools for Social Change, which outlines a variety of transformative dialogue tools and change processes. Rocio Chaveste, co-founder of the Kanankil Institute in Mexico, said about this book: “[It] is a must for those of us who are deeply involved in the process of co-constructing a better future for all.”
Alexandros Lordos

Bio: Alexandros Lordos is a Psychologist with 20 years of experience at the intersection of peacebuilding and mental health. He is currently based at the University of Cyprus, where he pursues a research and practice agenda that focuses on the multisystemic recovery and resilience of conflict-affected societies. He has supported numerous peacebuilding programmes in Africa, Asia, and Europe, most notably in Rwanda, South Sudan, Liberia, Nepal, Malaysia, East Timor, Libya, Iraq, Moldova, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Ukraine, in partnership with organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF, USAID, World Bank, and Interpeace. He is one of the founders and the current President of the Centre for Sustainable Peace and Democratic Development (SeeD). In the context of the Cyprus peace process, he has served as advisor to the Greek Cypriot negotiating team and participated in numerous civic initiatives that aimed to strengthen the voice of citizens in the peace negotiations.
Ipek Borman

Bio: Ipek Borman is an International Relations expert and academic, who currently serves as the Vice-President of Global Policies Centre (GLOPOL) – an independent, free think-tank based in Nicosia-Cyprus. Born and raised in the northern part of Nicosia, Borman completed her undergraduate studies at Bilkent University, Ankara (1999), graduate studies at Georgetown University, Washington D.C. (2001), and received her Ph.D. in International Relations from Middle East Technical University, Ankara (2012). She has worked both full-time and part-time as a senior instructor at various universities in North Cyprus since 2001. She worked as Foreign Affairs Expert/Consultant at the Turkish Cypriot Presidential Office between 2005-2010 as well as between 2015-2020. During the comprehensive negotiations for the settlement of the Cyprus problem, she served as a member of the Turkish Cypriot negotiation team between September 2008-April 2010 and between June 2015-July 2017. She advocates for and actively contributes to civil society initiatives concerning peace, reconciliation and gender equality.
