Bio: Michelle Kari is currently a partner and managing director at NINOS KARIS PROPERTY CONSULTANTS. The firm has been operating for 40 years in Nicosia in the property field of estate agency, valuations, and investment consultancy. Michelle became a Chartered Surveyor in Oxford, trained with SAVILLS PLC working in their Athens, London and Oxford Offices before returning to Cyprus in 2007 to head the property department of SFS GROUP PLC for 14 years. Michelle is also a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), of ETEK (The Technical Chamber of Cyprus) in the field of Property Valuations, member of the Cyprus Association of Property Valuers and of the Cyprus Real Estate Council (SEK). In 2019, Michelle founded LEDRA ESTATES, which is a property consultancy firm dealing exclusively with historic listed properties for sales, rentals, management, refurbishment and general consultancy services covering the whole of Cyprus. Ledra Estates is the only property firm in Cyprus and perhaps Europe which deals exclusively with the management of historic properties and helping with their services and expertise, in the architectural and cultural preservation of Cyprus’ heritage.
Hüseyin Selman

Bio: Hüseyin Silman is a Turkish Cypriot professional based in Nicosia, Cyprus, with over 15 years of experience, mostly in projects aimed at aligning Turkish Cypriot legal and administrative structures with the EU. He also participated in two rounds of UN-led negotiations for the comprehensive settlement of the Cyprus problem. He currently works as a Project Manager in an EU-funded project titled "Addressing discriminatory human rights violations in Cyprus that arise as a result of the conflict as a vehicle for reconciliation" for the Cyprus Peace and Dialogue Centre. He is also the President of Global Policies Centre, a newly established think-tank based in the northern part of Cyprus. Hüseyin is fluent in Turkish and English and can communicate in Greek.

Bio: Lefteris Souttos has been working for KARMA Group since 2014. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. His expertise focuses on Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Real Estate Partnership Acquisitions. He has been monitoring business from international markets such as the EU, UK, Russia, Vietnam, Ukraine, Iran, China, Gulf, and the Middle East. As a Business Development Director, he is in charge of KARMA’s Strategy for setting up new projects and new developments, and the global expansion of its business. Lefteris holds a degree in Business Administration (from Czech Republic) and an MBA with dual concentration in Tourism and Finance (from Switzerland).
Ceren Kürüm

Bio: Ceren Kürüm is an architect specialising in the history of 20th Century Modernism and spaces of displacement. She has worked for the Turkish Cypriot Department of Antiquities and Museums since 2013 and has been a member of the Advisory Board to the bi-communal Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage since 2014. Born in Ä°zmir, Turkey and raised in Famagusta by her Turkish Cypriot mother and Turkish father, Ceren has participated in bi-communal activities since her teenage years, and carried out in-depth research on Turkish Cypriot refugees that were placed in abandoned Greek Cypriot houses after 1974.
